All my cakes are gluten-free, made using the finest ingredients, organic wherever possible. My favourites - made with locally grown, seasonal fruit, vegetables or flowers - include Spiced Apple Cake in October, Ruby Red Cake (made with organic beetroot and cranberries) in January, Lemon & Lavender Cake in July.


	Cake Club membership includes UK mainland postage and packing. Membership lasts for 12 months, and you can start at any time of the year.
