Gluten-free, two-layer sponge cakes, with buttercream filling

Sponge cake made with gluten-free flour has a soft texture, and makes an excellent layer cake. Cakes are made up of two layers of sponge made with organic butter, eggs and sugar

Choose from: Vanilla (made with organic Madagascar Vanilla Extract), Chocolate (made with organic cocoa powder), Orange or Lemon (made with organic fruit rinds), or Chocolate-Orange

Filled with organic buttercream

Topped with rolled, fondant icing (not organic), or dark chocolate topping (made with organic Belgian couverture)

Finished with a simple piped message in a colour of your choice. (NB: Piped icing contains raw egg white from organic, free-range hens' eggs)
