A scrumptious Easter treat for someone special

For Easter, a luscious gluten-free chocolate truffle cake, just for one. Made with organic ground hazelnuts and dark Fairtrade organic chocolate and a splash of hazelnut liqueur. Wheat-free and gluten free. Topped with organic dark chocolate ganache and a sugar-coated mini egg. Wrapped with a satin ribbon and tied with a gold lamé bow.
