A gorgeous little cake for each of your guests – just decide what you fancy!

The sponge

Divine, melt-in-the-mouth gluten-free sponge, made with organic gluten-free flour, butter, eggs and sugar. Choose your flavour: Madagascar Vanilla, Chocolate, Chocolate/orange, Orange or Lemon.

Other more sophisticated flavours, like cappuccino, or peach and raspberry (left) are available.

I can make your cupcakes dairy-free or egg-free if needed. Or you could have fat-free cupcakes, using ground almonds and very finely grated vegetables instead of fat – honest! – and they are gorgeous!

The frosting

Choose from smooth, glacé icing, made with unrefined organic cane icing sugar. Or you can have your cupcakes piled high with buttercream, made with organic butter and icing sugar. The red and white cupcakes (top) and the blue cupcakes (bottom) are frosted with an organic cream cheese buttercream, less sweet than traditional buttercream. For grown-up posh, you could go for smooth mascarpone sprinkled with cocoa powder and topped with a chocolate-covered coffee-bean, or a white chocolate & mascarpone combo: the world's your oyster!

My coloured frostings contain colour pastes. These are not organic, but I prefer to use soft colours, which means I don't need so much. For special diets, I can do natural pink (beetroot powder) and green (spinach powder).

The decorations

There are lots of sprinkles and toppers available, and many are gluten-free. You can go for vermicelli sprinkles, mini-marshmallows, rice-paper roses, sugar pearls or bright, chocolate beans. I can match your colour scheme, or if you have a particular topping in mind, just let me know.

For grown-up cupcakes, toppings include raspberries or strawberries, white or dark chocolate shavings, chocolate-covered coffee beans and crystallized rose or violet petals .

On iced cakes, I can pipe flowers, names (see left), jungle animals – whatever you fancy!nts
