Made with the finest organic ingredients, these deliciously moist, almond-scented cakes are packed with lemon and orange zests and plump vine fruits. With traditional toasted marzipan topping (eleven balls represent the apostles, not counting Judas). Gluten-free.

Originally a daughter's gift from a servant girl on her Mothering Sunday visit home, this has become the traditional Easter cake.

I steam and soak the dried fruit in organic apple juice and sherry, and add a couple of spoonfuls of almond liqueur before baking to make these cakes extra moist.

All tied up in a blue satin ribbon with silk spring flowers and a gold lamé bow.

8-in round (approx 2000g) contains 450g organic marzipan £98.00

6-in round (approx 1000g) contains 225g organic marzipan £50.00

4-in round (approx 500g) contains 100g organic marzipan £26.00

Postage: Please add £12.00 p+p per 500g cake / £15.00 per 1000g cake / £28.00 per 2000g cake for delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK mainland). Cakes will be despatched in the evening to arrive on Friday March 30th, before 1pm. For overseas delivery, postage (at cost) will be added to your bill.
