Gluten-free party cakes, specially designed for children

 

 

 

Gluten free Unicorn Cake: layers of glutenfree chocolate sponge, filled and frosted with goats butter vanilla buttercream, with sugarpaste horn and ears. Delivery in London
Gluten-free Construction Cake: gluten free chocolate & orange cake frosted with choc fudge buttercream and decorated with crushed freefrom Oreo biscuits & honeycomb, and construction toys. All ingredients glutenfree

Sponge cakes made with gluten-free flour have a soft texture, and make an excellent layer cake. My standard party cakes are made up of two layers of sponge, made with organic butter, eggs and sugar.

Flavour options include Vanilla (made with organic Madagascar vanilla extract), Chocolate (made with organic cocoa powder), Orange or Lemon (made with zests from organic fruit) or Chocolate-Orange. Filled with organic buttercream.

Dairy-free and egg-free cakes are also available.

2-tier gluten-free, dairy-free, soya-free, nut-free cake, decorated with organic dairy-free white chocolate wings.

Covered with buttercream or ganache, or with sugarpaste icing (not organic). NB: Coloured icing contains permitted artificial food colours.

I use natural colours (fruit purées & powders) in my buttercreams, when I can.

Plain cakes with a simple piped message start from £50.00 for a 7-inch cake.

More complex designs start from £80.00.
