Gluten free birthday cake: 2 layers of dairyfree Orange & Almond cake, filled with orange Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with organic edible flowers. All ingredients gluten-free. Delivery in London and the southeast

Filled and frosted with sweet American buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream. Or covered with sugarpaste icing (not organic) (see Dartboard Cake, below). On a chocolate cake, you'll get delicious choc fudge buttercream (above left), or you can have dark ganache (main picture, top).

Coloured icing contains permitted artificial food colours, and piped icing contains raw egg white from organic, free-range hens' eggs.
