It's a flour-free chocolate truffle cake, made with organic ingredients: extra-virgin olive oil, dark chocolate, free-range eggs, unrefined cane sugar, Madagascar vanilla extract and organic prunes steamed in Kingston 62 Jamaica rum. Dark and rich and deeply chocolatey.

Dusted with organic Fairtrade cocoa powder or unrefined cane icing sugar – whichever you prefer.

All ingredients gluten-free and dairy-free.

Served with a few Spiced Boozy Prunes in their syrup on the side, a slice of this is the perfect winter dessert. Add a dollop of thick cream, if you like.

Fresh berries and cold single cream are the perfect accompaniment in the summer.
